Baudouin Diesel Engine Overhaul Kit

EPID supplies Baudouin engine overhaul kits and rebuild parts for M Series generator, marine and industrial engines. Buyers usually need an overhaul kit when the engine shows low compression, oil consumption, bearing wear, repeated leakage or high operating hours.

Baudouin overhaul kit components

Kit area	Typical parts	Purpose
Combustion repair	Piston, piston ring, cylinder liner, head gasket	Restore compression and reduce oil consumption
Bottom-end repair	Main bearing, conrod bearing, thrust washer, seals	Reduce crankshaft and bearing wear risk
Sealing repair	Full gasket set, oil pan gasket, valve cover gasket	Prevent oil, coolant and air leakage after rebuild
Optional repair parts	Oil pump, water pump, fuel-related parts, turbocharger	Recommended when working hours are high

Top overhaul vs major overhaul

A top overhaul usually focuses on the cylinder head, gasket and valve-related parts. A major overhaul may include pistons, liners, bearings, full gasket set and other lower-engine components. Before ordering, confirm whether your repair is service maintenance, top overhaul or full rebuild.
