EPID supplies OEM-quality diesel engine parts for Weichai, Baudouin, Yuchai, Cummins, Sinotruk, FAW Xichai and Caterpillar engines from our base in China. The photos below are taken in our own warehouse and machining workshop — not stock images.

Every order is picked from our racked inventory by part number, checked against the engine model, and packed for export in cartons or wooden crates with full documentation.

How we control quality before shipment

1. Part number verification — each part is matched to the customer’s engine model and OEM number before picking.
2. Visual and dimensional check — castings are checked for cracks, machining marks and bore or journal dimensions against OEM specifications.
3. Assembly and fit test — pistons, liners, rings and bearings are trial-fitted where the application requires it.
4. Photo confirmation — we send real photos of the actual parts before packing, so you see exactly what ships.
5. Export packing — cartons with foam or wooden crates for heavy items, plus packing list and commercial invoice.

If a part does not match the engine serial number you send us, we tell you before shipping rather than after.
